What happens when you try to fix someone else’s problem?

– Unless you’ve been asked or hired to fix –

You likely will create resistance as there is an unspoken message that he or she is not capable of solving the problem.
You may also disempower the other from learning how to think through things on his or her own.
Also, once you jump into ‘fix’, you may be owning the problem.  So be sure your efforts are wanted.

If you’d like a solution what to do instead — Read and apply Spiral Impact and be set for success.

If you’ve been reading Spiral Questions for awhile you may have seen this, I laugh and cry everytime I watch.
