What type of support do you need?
When I am ready it is easy to change a habit because I want the benefit badly! I am curious about this app though that tracks ‘habits’ for you. Have you tried something like this? How has it worked? http://www.irunurun.com/

I have been using a similar app, Coach.me originally called Lift. I started primarily to develop a daily meditation habit, but have expanded my goals to include things like gratitude as well as health related things like practicing tai chi and drinking 2 liters of water each day. I’ve found it to be very helpful, and the feature of giving and receiving support with others striving for improvement is a powerful force. Using this type of daily check-in to foster healthy habits has really brought home for me the idea that small steps, done consistently, will get me where I want to be in the long run. I will certainly check out the irunurun app!
