What would happen if you ditched all clocks for the weekend?

The clock at the dojo is missing.
This made me realize how much a distraction time can be. I set an alarm to let me know when I need to transition.
I found it allowed me to be more present with my practice.

I challenge you to ditch your clocks for awhile, give yourself permission to just be.  Set an alarm if you need to be somewhere- just ditch the clock!
