When is vulnerability powerful?
Vulnerability IS the birthplace of Innovation, Creativity and Change.
We often think it is as weakness, but without it there is no empathy and connection which leads to Innovation.
I recently rewatched this fabulous TedTalk by Brene Brown. She shines a whole new light on the subject of vulnerability and shame. She is a researcher and very entertaining!
