In my experience it helps me get clearer and better.

In matters of innovation this is a way to create innovative conflict.
Be conscious about it, open to it.
Invite the contrarian!
Asking doesn’t mean you’ll change; it just puts you in an open state for considering other ideas.

If you make a habit of inviting the opposite, you eventually get really good at mastering conflict.

The same is true for behavior.
If you want to eat better- invite junk eating.
It helps you get clearer about your goals!

What about you?
