Make a practice of unlearning

Examples:

Eating or drinking with the opposite hand or a different utensil (chopsticks if you already don’t know)
Embracing the next computer/phone update fully and with vigor – unlearn by saturating yourself with new learning
Reading about a topic you that you doubt with an open mind
Traveling to an unfamiliar culture
Seeking out an opposing view and pretend you know nothing ask questions as if you have an empty mind about it.
