Is it possible to feel gratitude and frustration at the same time?

There are only two true emotions:  love and fear.

When you feel frustration it usualy comes out of fear.
Sharing your fear produces compassion and opens conversation leading to gratitude!.

Using the holidays as an example, the person in charge of the meal may act frustrated.
Looking deeper, a fear of disappointing the guests or ruining the turkey is revealed.
Perhaps support is the answer!
Fears are easier to address than emotions!

Perhaps the real purpose of Thanksgiving is to choose gratitude by recognizing our fears.
