If you have difficulty finding the words to say something, reflect on:

What does the issue causes you to fear?
What is the intent behind what you’d like to say?
What is the impact of the issue on you and/or your stakeholders?
How do you center yourself enough to say it in peace?

Avoid making it personal for best results.
