I would add focusing on a singular sensory sensation. I find this personally effective for grounding and centering. Focusing on a smell, music, gazing at something I find beautiful or provocative, taking a bath and focusing on the feel of the heat on my skin. It pulls me back into my body. I love your suggestions, especially breathing and journaling. Thank you for sharing 🙏
