Last week, the question was “If life is an experiment, what is your next lab order?” As an engineer, I know with experiments we learn something then adjust another variable. Do you need to adjust, more support, different stimulus?

My experiment is going so well, I’ve now decided to adapt my behavior! I’ve doubled up on my breathing practice in the mornings. It makes a huge difference on the flow of my days.
