Be a good example. Walk your talk!
I affirm strengths in others as well as listen ‘between the lines’ for what may be invisible strengths they do not notice in themselves. I reflect thost back to others as well. When supervising others I ask for ideas/opinions more than I provide directions/instructions. I model laughing at my own mistakes with the hope that others will know it is okay, we all make mistakes.
