How do you keep learning?
Do you know about podcasts?
What is free, convenient, and propells your knowledge base? PODCASTS! This is a valuable growing resource. A friend taught me last year and I listen and learn daily, mostly from my phone.
On IPhone: Download the Apple Podcast App which looks like:
Explore! I download onto my phone so my data isn’t used; you can subscribe and keep your favorites under ‘My Podcasts’. You can search on any topic. This is a growing body of information a lot of people don’t use.
On Computer: Go to Itunes and look up Podcasts
On Android devices: I don’t have experience directly with Android. Do a search and explore their apps.
If you’d like to receive this daily in e-mail register here.
Some of my favorites are:
The One You Feed
HBR Idea Cast (Havard Business Review)
TED Radio Hour (they pick a topic and access 4 TED Talks that explore aspects of the topic)
RadioLab from WNYC
This is Your Life with Michael Hyatt
Advice Goddess Radio: Amy Alkon (she is a character and inteviews people scientific ‘brains’ to help toward a better life)
Search on any topic or person and see what you find! Let me know!
