Exercise is a great way to spinoff stress and get perspective.

Finding something you enjoy doing is key. The weather this winter for many of us has made it extra difficult, even for me! I intend to work out everyday. I know sometimes my schedule will knock a day or two off. The intention helps me get it on my calendar.
