What if, you chose to be fascinated rather than outraged?
How do you do this?

Even someone you know well may have an entirely opposite viewpoint than you.
Begin with getting centered and asking questions:
Be sure to ask yourself –
What is my need to have them agree with me?
I like learning, what different perspectives have I not considered?
Am I making this about the person or the issue?
Do I know the truth?

Consider asking:
Tell me more about what you like about…?
What do you think of …..?
Have you considered….?
What surprised you about what happened/result?
Then just listen…and be fascinated to learn!

What will you add?
