How do you quiet your mind?

When your mind is clear and still as is this water, imagine the peace and insight you’ll experience.

For me, the three quickest ways to clear my mind are:

Pay attention to my breathing, relax with it. Thoughts melt away when you focus on breathing
Shifting my attention to a place I’ve experienced the fullness of ‘center”
Think about what you appreciate, even the small things.
