How do you know what to believe? Three things to check.


Always dig deeper.

Don’t believe headlines, always read deeper.
Check with your instincts and values.
Check opposing views or a neutral source, which can take some guts!

A New York Times headline read “No Need to Floss”.
If you read the article what you learn is there are no definitive studies showing that you should floss.
Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t…just not ‘tests’ that prove it.  Very different.
