How much water do you drink each day?
Dehydrate a muscle by a 3% and it will lose 10% of its strength and 8% of its speed, according to The Power of Full Engagement by Loehr and Swartz. One rule of thumb, devide your weight in pounds by 2, then drink that many ounces of water each day. I take a 33 ounce bottle with me and make sure to drink 2x plus another glass. Don’t like water? Tip: filtered tastes better and room temperature allows you to drink more, squeeze lemon, lime, or cucumber for flavor.
