How can you transition from ‘NO’ to ‘Know’?

‘No’ comes so easy for most of us.
When ‘NO’ is your first response you miss out on valuable information. 

When you have an earnest desire to develop others, collaborate and innovate going for ‘know’ is natural.
Asking inquiry questions – excluding why – is one obvious way to get to ‘know’.
Centering is an important skill to being open and aware to elimnate ‘NO’.
