How do you Spiral Impact a complainer?

Reflect back the complaint back to him or her with a question, acknowledgement, or both.
examples:
-for someone complaining about his or her job-

“Do you think this organization/position is not a good fit for you?”
“What is your solution and what have you done to move toward it?”
“How could you look at this differently?”
“What might be the gift in the situation?”
“When do you plan to talk with your supervisor?”
“I am really happy here.”

Agreeing with a complainer is not really helpful.
