At what times or trigger points will you remember to center and breathe today?

People fully engaged in life, like you, can easily forget to breathe! What times or triggers will you notice how centered you are and how well you are breathing? For example, when I walk stairs is a trigger for me, I breathe and move from center. I set a timer for 11:00 and 2:30 to remind myself to breathe well.
