How can you “Ctrl+Z” a communication gone bad?

undo

It all begins with owning your part of what went wrong.
Then, stating, “I don’t like how I handled my part of that communication. Can we start over?”

Share your intention, what you want that you don’t have.
Acknowledge the other person, then ask questions for inquiry and learning.

This all requires being centered and a desire to be clean in your on your part of the communication.
